Local Chapter Information

The TN Chapter of AFCOM was chartered in March of 2009 with a variety of members representing end users and vendors from across the entire State of Tennessee.

Meeting Schedule

We meet quarterly at alternating locations. Typical meetings are 2 hours long.

Our next meeting is May 21, 2010 from 11:30 to 2:00 CST at Peak 10 Data Center.

  • May 21, 2010 - Quarterly Meeting


    The 2nd Quarter 2010 Meeting will be held on May 21, 2010 from 11:30 to 2:00 PM at the Peak 10 Data Center in Brentwood, TN. Lunch will be provided by S&C Electric if you RSVP no later than May 14, 2010.
  • Feb 17, 2010 - Quarterly Meeting


    The 1st Quarter 2010 Meeting will be held on Feb 17, 2010 from Noon to 2:30 PM at the Peak 10 Data Center in Brentwood, TN. Lunch will be provided by Peak 10 if you RSVP no later than February 12, 2010.
  • Mar 7-11, 2010 - Data Center World


    The Spring 2010 Data Center World conference will be here in our own back yard!. This is an excellent opportunity to meet peers from other regions of the world. It is truly a global event and is well attended. Multiple learning tracks are available throughout the conference.

The Oak Ridge National Laboratory was kind enough to host the 2nd Quarter 2009 meeting at their facility. Our Vice President, Paula Lindsey, coordinated the effort and provided for a very enjoyable afternoon of learning how research facilities are evolving and their demands upon facilities management.
