I am happy to announce that we have a date and agenda set for the next TN Chapter of AFCOM Meeting. This meeting will focus on the new high performance storage system installed at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, called Atlas. Data Direct Networks (DDN) will be sponsoring our meeting, and will talk about their involvement in the design of this “big data” problem. We will also have a presentation from ORNL on the bits and pieces of making this work.
If you have other people in your organization that manage storage or have an interest in Big Data Problems, you are encouraged to pass this invitation along.
